Staff were very friendly but not over powering. Very helpful to dietary needs. Very clean, had everything you could need plus a microwave in the room.
So quiet never heard other guests coming and going even as I was listening for them (friends). Hardly any out door noise either.
I asked the hotel owners what pillows were used and shampoo/conditioner as was so nice.
Were helpful with unknown check in time.
Generally a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and go again.
For me personally my only tiny dislike was use of plug in air fresheners downstairs. (I say personally as makes me chesty and sneezy)
Only other disadvantage was searching for parking on the road which could be a bit of a challenge but most times we were lucky and got parked right outside or really close.

Very well situated and very clean and comfortable and a very good breakfast with additional banana cake also spindrift is very cat friendly especially Kevin
