Room was super clean but could do with a bit of maintenance.

When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall.
Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but our stay was lovely, came to Yarmouth to attend a wedding.
Frindly staff went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.
The room was as described, clean & comfortable.
Breakfast freshly cooked & was lovely, offering a good choice from porridge to full English. We would book again if we need to be in Yarmouth.
