Everything was fine ,clean and tidy, quite and relaxed.

I liked the location it was so convenient for our night at the theatre. Anita was extremely welcoming and friendly and we will definitely be back
The bed was a little uncomfortable however I am a very fussy sleeper so this is my constant problem!!!!

Anita and her mum are very friendly.
Arranged the car permit for outside the property on arrival
Checked to see if we needed anything else etc.
Can hear the people in next room.

Warm, friendly welcome when we checked in, lovely clean room with private facilities, tea/coffee/biscuits provided, cold refreshments available at a very reasonable price. Located very close to beach front with space to sit outside & enjoy the weather. A very pleasant stay & would happily book again.
