It was easy. Staff is great. Schedule your meals before the big hikes. Shower hot. Room temperature good. Beds very comfy.
Noise through walls and ceiling but we didn’t have neighbors most of the time so it was fine.

The room was warm, cosy and comfortable. Well laid out with plenty of storage space.
Breakfast was great.. fresh to the table, plenty of variety.
Location was good... a short walk in to the main street and close to a small supermarket and coffee shops.
Best of all was being able to leave our luggage whilst hiking in Torres del Paine, coming back and the luggage is already in our room ready for a much needed hot shower. We were told check in could wait until after we were clean and warm.. this was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.
