Really comfortable bnb - we stayed before and after the W trek. The beds were comfortable, the heating was excellent, shared bathrooms clean. We especially loved the shared area on the top floor which had amazing views of the water and mountains and lots of places to relax. There is a decent kitchen and free breakfast. We were able to store our luggage while we went on the trek. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
We did find it a little noisy in the corridors, mainly when people arrived late at night from the bus. No stove available (but there was an electric oven and microwave)

Located close to the bus terminal (convenient if you go early to TDP). Very friendly owner and good value.

Location is good. Staff (Isadora) is very helpful. It’s set up well for hikers heading to the W or O treks, in that you can get breakfast as early as needed.
The walls are very thin, so you may want ear plugs.

Shower had things breaking and falling apart, toilet was clogging
Even though it was advertised that we could store our luggage for free they tried to charge us when we wanted to leave our luggage. I showed them their post saying it was free and they agreed to honour it but tried to tell me that was something an old owner had posted. If that’s the case they should take it down as it is false advertising.
