The staff be it at the reception or at breakfast were friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was a very good value for money.

The location is just steps away from the train station and tram line. The rooms were clean.
The air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. The whole lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
