Clean room, very comfy bed, and the soundproof windows kept the room quiet. The hotel is very close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which is super convenient. The staff at the breakfast area were lovely.
We wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the cigarette smell was overwhelming since smoking is allowed inside. We ended up eating elsewhere. A smoke-free dining area would make a big difference.

The location remains pristine and is within walking distance of the tram station. The staff were exceptional, and Imane, you are a ⭐! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get no misleading AI edits or unrealistic expectations. An honest representation, excellent service, and a beautiful location. Highly recommended!

The location is just steps away from the train station and tram line. The rooms were clean.
The air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. The whole lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
