We enjoyed our stay at this Ibis location. It is close to Casa Port and the Medina. Safe area even though quite lively at later hours.
Room is usual for an Ibis franchise: small yet pleasantly designed.
Breakfast was good.
Some of the staff at the reception was a bit arrogant, but the others compensated positively (like the ones from the breakfast).
Lights in the bathroom are too dim (complains from the ladies).
The rubber from the windows should be changed. It didn't make any difference in terms of noise between trying to sleep with window open or closed.

Location is infront of train station. Breakfast ok buffet system 72dhiram per person and outside in other place is same price like.
No fridge inside because its too hot weather.
No water inside in the room nothing complimentary.
Ac was very slow not working properly. Specially when u go from cold country u will be in trouble.

The location was super. The staff at the reception desk were pleasant but extremely busy with check ins and check outs and didn't seem to have much time to communicate guests' needs to the houskeeping staff. One waiter in the restaurant was extremely rude when I made a little mistake regarding payment for one night's dinner. The cleaning staff did a great job, and Hamza,one of the restaurant cashiers was always kind and attentive.
The room was kept very clean by the cleaning staff but the lack of air conditioning made it stuffy. The restaurant food got boring after the first couple of days and the menu was uninspired.
