The host and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Tazi was a great host and the hotel was delightful, merging Casablanca’s traditional riad with style and comfort. Food and hospitality were great.

Personnel accueillant, sympathique et chaleureux. Riad magnifique avec piscine. Grande chambre confortable avec u très bon lit.

Great experience overall. The staff kindly upgraded me to a double room even though I didn’t ask, which was a wonderful surprise. The riad had a calm, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere. it genuinely felt like I had rented the entire place. The hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue was a small leak in the shower. I mentioned it to the staff, and it seemed like an easy fix. Other than that, everything was excellent.
