La limpieza, la amplitud, estaba todo muy bien cuidado. Buena relación calidad/precio.
La localización, bastante alejado del centro, aunque cerca de la mezquita. El barrio parecía un poco descuidado, pero no era inseguro.

L’établissement est neuf mais des petits détails non négligeable qui font perdre de la valeur à l’appartement. Les photos sont conformes.
On ne s’attendait pas à être dans un quartier aussi bruyant et sale. L’appartement est mal insonorisé. Les voisins qui y habitent font énormément de bruits. Dans un appartement, l’évacuation de la douche ne se faisait pas ou très lentement donc une inondation le dernier jour. Le rideau métallique cassé, impossible d’ouvrir. Dans le second, le frigo ne refroidissait pas correctement, il n’y avait pas la porte de douche donc l’eau giclait de partout. L’étendoir cassé. L’accueil a été averti dès le 1er jour et rien n’a été fait.
