pool was lovely, staff let us move rooms as reception was quite noisy, bed was comfy and the location was good. short walking distance from the harbour which was good, as we didn’t feel comfortable using the horses.
shower was super cold with low pressure but we expected that as it’s an island.

By and large this is a really nice hostel. The staff are nice, the rooms are good, I see the staff clean the common areas every day. Nice little swimming pool and good common areas, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good enough curtains and aircon.
Unfortunately my first bed had bedbugs in it. Many, many of them. When I brought it up the manager immediately apologized and I was moved to another bed, where I didn't have problems. But I would suggest avoiding room 1's top left bed for a while, I felt like this was not a new issue. The manager tried (unpleasantly hard) to convince me not to mention this. I feel sorry for inconveniencing the hostel with this comment, but think travelers and other hostels will be inconvenienced more if I don't.
