Everything. The room was spacious with a water kettle inside. The bathroom was attached. It's just a 5 minute walk from the bus station or the fort. And the best part was the owner! Very helpful!!
Also, he'll feed you a feast for just 10 laris for breakfast!

I really enjoyed this authentic guesthouse, on a quiet street leading up to the castle. The host Nokolai makes you feel welcome right away. I had my own twin bed room, with private shower/bathroom, soft towels and dependable hot water, and heating for chilly nights. Grab the generous meal offer, 15 lari dinner and 10 lari breakfast, good, generous home,-cooked meals. It's worth staying a second night to visit Vardzia, just a 5-min walk to the bus station.

Nice location, clean rooms, good price.
Strange smell as of old kitchen and cigarettes in the rooms, quite uncomfortable beds. However everything was clean and the price for what you get was OK.
