Romina was very kind and although we didn't speak a common language (she speaks italian and german) we understood each other. Check in was very quick, only took a few minutes and we were unbothered for the rest of our time. The place is very nice and stylish, well-equipped and compact with a small terrace and everything you could need for your holiday. Power outlets in the right places, kitchen equipment, comfy furniture and hairdryer just to mention a few. Shops and the beach is close by. We had a free parking place right in fron of our door. Couldn't be more satisfied.
Only negative I can say is that the apartment doesn't have a sea-view.

Super miejsce, dobrze zlokalizowane w spokojnej okolicy i w nie wielkiej odległości od centrum. Apartament dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty, posiada prywatny taras , dobrze działającą klimatyzację, bezpłatny parking pod domem. Romina jest cudowną osobą, bardzo pomocna i gościnna. W razie jakichkolwiek pytań zawsze mam pomagała. Polecamy na 100%

La signora Romina è super disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatti sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Risponde subito ai messaggi e viene incontro ad ogni necessità (es avevo chiesto il check in anticipo e mi ha detto che avrebbe fatto il possibile poi siamo arrivati e andati in spiaggia e quando era pronto mi ha scritto e le ho chiesto se ormai potevo ritardare e arrivare nel tardo pomeriggio e mi è venuta incontro senza problemi)L’appartamento era super pulito e ben disposto con tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere una settimana di relax! La posizione è comoda anche se non in centro ma in una bella zona residenziale con un parchetto vicino per i bambini e parcheggio a volontà (cosa non scontata a Orsera). Grazie mille ancora per tutto e ci rivedremo presto!

Appartamento pulito e con tutto quello che serve,abbiamo cenato fuori nel patio ben curato,Romina è stata gentilissima, è stata una bella vacanza
