This was a wonderful place to stay, fantastic location, spotlessly clean, great use of kitchen facilities downstairs, very comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again.
I couldn't always get the Aircon to work.

Location on a lovely street/walkway close to the town's rocky swim spot (Baluota Beach) and a lovely café 100m down the lane. Attractive building, coffee making facilities for all in reception. Decent room with a fridge stocked with two bottles of mineral water, good sized shower. The host I did not see in person but he was communicative and friendly. Rovinj is a beautiful, romantic place to stay with a hybrid Croatian-Italian culture.
For a northern European, August heat in Croatia, even at the coast, is ferocious. Seek to visit in spring or October for a more temperate experience. Of course, this does not detract from the accommodation!

Smart room and bathroom with some bespoke art. Wifi and hot water fine. Comfy bed. Very quiet location on pedestrian street a block back from sea. Did not try the capsule coffee machine in the kitchen.
Ground floor room 1 needs a curtain to stop early morning light. At 0830 I was packing to go to bus station. Sent request but not the link! I responded via Booking. Not acceptable. Nearly an hour later link sent. Could not submit as my phone could not use the country picklist?! Alternative email passport photo. Accepted. A panic as needed to leave hotel. Bu
Meant link questions on home address and acceptance of GDPR superfluous? So Booking message details were sufficient? Should send link once payment made, 48+ hours in advance.

The location is extraordinary, in the center of the old toqn.
It is not an appartment. It is just a bedroom with a bathroom. 12 m2 as maximum. The windows.are quite small and they overlook the roof of the house. And the air conditioned, quite old,.
