Great location and the staff were super nice and accommodating. The restaurant has the best food in town.
The sheets were the worst of all the places we stayed in. They were very rough.
It was a bit noisy but they changed our room to another side of the hotel on the second night. That helped a lot. Just keep in mind the hotel is close to a bar.

Wonderful location: convenient to bus station and right in heart of old town within a minute of the harbor/waterfront.
Had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Noisy at night because of its location

The location was excellent
There was no small refrigerator in our room which was very unusual and very inconvenient- the staff very kindly made us a breakfast pack as we had an early checkout- we could not eat as the weather was warm and it was not refrigerated overnight in our room
