Not recommended at all because of the cleaness issues and bed bugs

The property is absolutely fine but there is 0% cleaness.

Cleaness is absolutely missing and there are many many bed bugs in the bed and pillows moreover too much hairs on the sheet and blanket cover is like they changed before 5 years

Overall courteous staff that went out of their way to make sure minor issues were addressed fast.

Very bad experience and bad place to stay I do t know when booking .com advertised the places

The heating was not working , sheet was very dirty and the pillow was dirty , tv was not working , no phone for reception or room service , I would not recommend anyone to stay there … and when I complained about the issue staff was like they can’t do nothing I Travel 56 countries but this was the very bad experience

Best place to stay with family.

Very comfortable place for families to stay. Clean environment, polite staff, peaceful location and fully furnished rooms with all basic facilities. Highly recommended.

Had a little bit problem about warm water but it’s not a big issue.

I liked the room location plus the room

the only thing that was bad or disappointing was the receptionist that was taking care of customer support when I am going for stays I prefer the people running the facility that if they are understanding, welcoming or humble but at the stay at City View Hotel that wasn't the case. No double it's a really good place to stay but they have to work on customer support

Location was good and breakfast was fine.

Female receptionist behaviour was not decent. Her tone and actions were harsh. There were webs in the room and led tv was not working. There was lighting issue in the toilet as well. Ac cooling was not up to the mark.

Entrance and service sucks. Very advocated managed without trained staff. Dirty mosquito ridden place.

I wish I knew the name of the man who worked there. I feel like he was the owner… anyway, he was so nice and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we needed. they even offer a free shuttle from the airport or the Wagah border. We liked the fact that it was out of the old Lahore. it was a quick Uber ride away ( cost about 2$ Canadian) The hotel is in a residential area, it’s nice and quiet but walking distance to the grocery store and shops. * I recommend taking them up on their shuttle offer otherwise it’s very hard to find on your own.

The bed comforter needed to be washed, it was dirty. I asked for a sheet and they got it right away so no big deal.

Breakfast was tasty and was given instantly which I give a point to the Staff Cause if the staff wasn't punctual then we wouldn't have gotten the breakfast on time. And Second The Location was pretty easy to find

Well there were some cons as well. The first con was the Toilet Flush wasn't working which eventually got fixed but it should be fixed before we even checked in the hotel. Second there was no lock in the washroom door which caused some privacy issue atleast there should be a lock.but overall the experience was good
