The location of the apartment is excellent and the terrace is truly wonderful — a real highlight of the stay. The flat itself is very nice and bright, although it does differ slightly from the photos, so expectations should be set accordingly.
Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive, helpful and quick to react whenever something came up. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location, with some small areas that could be improved.
A few practical improvements would make the experience even better. The kitchen could be better equipped with basic essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee and tea, and there were quite limited cooking utensils and tableware. The heating system was also a little unpredictable, sometimes becoming very warm and at other times switching off on its own, and on the last day there was some dripping from one of the radiators in the hallway.

The flat has all the amenities needed, spatious and comfortable, great, green terrace for hanging out and excellent location! Also relatively quiet for the area, especially the living room/terrace area.

Location and communication with the owner were great. They always responded immediately and promptly dealt with any arising issues. The place is walking distance to pretty much everything, with great food options all around.
The kitchen is not supplied well. Just 1 wine glass, no cutting boards, no strainer. We also had to buy simple stuff like salt, coffee etc.
WiFi doesn't reach the main bedroom. That room also doesn't have any lamps, only the main light, which is not what the pictures showed. Only 1 AC, which is in the living room and couldn't keep up with the August heat. It's also very loud, with the night life sounds, but also trash removal in the early morning
