Excellent and easy communication with the host. The apartment is on the 4th floor; the building has an elevator. The apartment is very spacious—2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The two double beds were comfortable. The furnishings aren’t the newest, but they serve their purpose perfectly. We didn’t use the air conditioning or the washing machine. There is a grocery store (a fairly large supermarket), a drugstore, and a bus and train stop nearby. The Vatican is within walking distance (about 10 minutes to St. Peter’s Square). It’s about a 60-minute walk to the center of Rome (the Pantheon and surrounding area), but a bus to the center runs from a nearby stop about every 20 minutes.
The accommodation met our expectations, and we can recommend it.

La ubicación era muy buena. A 5’ andando del Vaticano y autobuses al centro a la vuelta de la esquina.
El personal fue muy amable, tanto el chico que nos recibió (aunque tampoco nos dio muchos detalles del alojamiento) como la persona con la que hablamos por WhatsApp para indicaciones. Además, les pedimos realizar el check in antes y el check out algo después y nos lo aceptaron sin problemas.
La limpieza era algo superficial. Altillos de muebles sucios, suciedad bajo el sofá, un pelo pegado a una cubitera del congelador, congelador lleno de hielo…
Ciertas estancias algo viejas, especialmente el baño.
Creo que deberían de invertir algo más en menaje de cocina (las sartenes estaban destrozadas, cubiertos con mal aspecto, platos y vasos sueltos, la fregona se nos partió con solo usarla un momento…), toallas, sábanas, etc. Cambiando simplemente esas cosas ya daría un aspecto más cuidado.
Pensábamos que habían dos habitaciones separadas y a parte el salón. Pero lo cierto es que el salón y una de las habitaciones son el mismo espacio.
