Lovely, stunning setting. Staff are extremely polite and helpful
Food/drink prices are pricey compared to what we have paid in accommodation travelling around Bali. I didn’t like my lunch (cheese and vegetable sandwich) there was hardly any cheese and the vegetables just made it soggy bread. For this I didn’t rate the food, however my husband liked his burger.

People In the comments warn that they don't let grab drivers in which is nonsense they do and I haven't heard a comment from anyone, the staff never cared which is what's I expect
There was always a strong odore coming from the sewage opening even if the bathroom was clean and not used. Laundry is a bit pricey

Looked nice and luxurious but failed to deliver ..
Room to cluttered.. to much unnecessary furniture & who needs to baths ! lack of maintenance..expensive bar prices..dirty towels in the gym.. gym tvs didn’t work.. AC dripping from ceiling filter soaking the carpet.. wiring on iron cord was extremely dodgy..
