We had a family room with sea view and it was wonderful, private clean, good for a family. Nice beach out front. The booking is associated with one family but the two sons each have their own restaurant as well as the main one so you have 3 really good options for food on the island. They make a great coffee and really good fresh seafood.

Ngai island is like national park. No cars or scooters. Just a beach and several hotels. A lot of birds. Bungalows are outdated and cold water only, but price is really affordable to compare with other hotels. All bungalows have sea view, first or second line. Restaurant is ensuring quality food and safety. I eat there all the week every day. The staff is kind and attentive.
I dont recommend stay in simple room, i tried one night. That is no window, very small, not enough air. Meals are at 30-50% pricier than Koh Mook island, but fair enough for such location.
