great location, lovely building and room, close to everything, very happy
the only minor issue was communication, although very good instructions were shared about access etc I wanted to discuss a possible date change, booking info stated to make contact via booking.com but I received no response to my messages

Parking from noon on Saturday to 6pm on Sunday, which was essential as I was singing the weekend services in the cathedral. The proximity to the cathedral was also excellent
Only difficulty was registering the car number as I don't have a smartphone, but a member of the staff happened to be there and did it for me. If I'm there again I'll send the car number in advance and ask you to register it!

Kettle boiled without thermostat turning it off which could in some circumstances be dangerous

Good location and parking.
No heating in our bedroom- the radiator was stone cold and we couldn't turn it on. No response from owners/managers to messages sent to contact email address and phone number in the 3 days we were at the property. Nigardly toiletries - half a bottle of body wash, no shampoo or conditioner.
