Good location for centre of St Albans. Had everything needed for our stay including breakfast items
There is no living room, just kitchen with stools, the place could do with a good deep clean (lots of cobwebs) and new fresh bedding as it all felt very old and very used

We had a good choice of cereals, bread and jam etc... Tea, coffee and condiments were plentiful with two very big cups excellent. To have a bedroom on the ground floor was a bonus as we had my 92 year old Father with us so it was easier for him. 10 minute walk to pubs and restaurants
Cannot find anything negative to say. It was ideal for us. Grandfather, father and son, a bedroom each with TV in each Also each bedroom had a fan which is very handy with the hot weather.

The location was very good. The rooms were clean.
There was no dining room, only breakfast stool, so we couldn't sit together to eat. The provision of breakfast was poor. Old fruits and bread, which was in date but was one of those long life bread.
