Very quiet but close to Altstadt, super comfortable bed.
Breakfast options were tasty, though this was an extra cost.
Furnishings a bit dated and missing coffee-making facility in the bedroom.
The shower bath was a bit fidgety.
The WiFi didn't work for me.

The check in and check out process was very easy. Welcoming, helpful and pleasant staff.
The location was brilliant… about 5-10 mins walk from the centre.
My bed was a bit soft but I have a bad back so have to have a hard bed… not an average requirement!
We were in a slightly older hotel just across the road from the newer , main hotel but it was fine. Nice rooms, nice showers not noisy.

The hotel is a few steps outside from the inner city of Salzburg. So you can reach all the attractions easily. The rooms a smallish and clean. The bed was very good and comfortable for me.
I was to short in the hotel, so I didn’t see anything what I did not like.

Central location
Run down. Not well cleaned. Stains on walls and curtains. Not helpful staff.
Carpets where you are happy to have shoes.
