Spacious rooms, especially the one bed suite we were in. Good size pool and gym. Location next to mall was good. Breakfast was great!!

We had some very unpleasant experience at the hotel, but the General Manager was extremely good.
We had a very unpleasant experience with one staff named Aykut and we were actually scared to even stay at night and had to lock our doors properly due to fear. The staff Aykut was very rude, badly behaved and actually made us scare during our last night stay. We are sure this is not how Hyatt culture is and we are sure suitable and approriate action will be taken as discussed with the very kind General Manager.
