Kindly refund all monies paid to me, thank you.

Very very poor. They demand me to pay extra upfront deposit RM500 before check-in, but not refund within 24 hours. The house electricity was burnt, no electricity, water was leaking, call no answer. We did not stay overnight at all, we move out in 1 hour.

Very disappointed. But maintenance very helpful in repairing

Big and superb view

we booked for a 3 bedroom. 1st room, wardrobe panel broken and frame almost dropping, called for maintenance to remove the door panel, 2nd room toilet, shower head no water and heater no working, wardrobe shelf damage, 3rd room, toilet bowl not working, wardrobe panel cannot open, called for maintenance to repair, living room one of the aircon not working, night time very noisy, cause unit facing main road. Initial, we requested for an early check in but was being told that room not ready. And also being told to put a deposit in case property being damage.

Simple and Fuss Free

The Location and the response of the owner of property. Very Windy during this period. Cleanliness is good. Washing Machine and Dryer provided. Good working Fridge too!

Living Room Air Con not working. Some of the Lightings are spoil too. The Air Con Condenser at Yard could have been installed higher for better Heat Circulation. The Ceiling Fans at both Bedrooms can only run at High Speed. Low and Medium not working.

Pleasant

It was very near to Aeon Shopping Mall as it is a walking distance. The Security officers are very strict with visitors so it feel very safe to stay there.

One of the toilets was out of water when we check in. the owner did offer to get it fixed immediately so it is good service. no toilet paper or tissue paper at all which was really the first time we saw in a staycation place. There was a lot of ants in the dining table and the kitchen area. so can take note of it.

cleaning service on alternate day of stay and topping up of soap, toilet papers will be good

-spacious and near to mall and other eateries -easy check-in & check-out

the waiting area at ground floor in front of drop off area, can be improved. At receiving area, there were tiles which were hollow and sunken under the wooden plank. this is dangerous and unsightly.

near mall and easy to find food. enjoy only with the swimming pool.

Our review of the homestay unit no. 1. Only 1 car park for a 3 bedroom unit 2. Location of parking lot difficult to look for as unit no. Was erected on the floor n not on top. 3. Too many rules were written on walls, doors, kitchen, balcony until you felt uncomfortable staying in the homestay 4. Been stayed in other homestay and the mngt or owners are reflexable. 5. No give n take system between person in charge 6. Even we have to clean the dishes.

a really good 2 night stay!

spacious apartment. very accessible to AEON mall and food. ample parking.

Guard so rude, agent from JBCITY homestay not show us exact unit, and then guard show us wrong lift to enter unit.. take

Not clean Smell bad ,got rubbish too in the dustbin area Door not operation well .. it locked itself and need to wait another day for maint come but not key problem , its the door lock stuck itself😡😡 I just happy with the pool and guard at the pool really made my day with joke.. other than that 👎🏽👎🏽🙄🙄

Guard so rude.. i ask where to park sir.. then he suddenly said “you came here mem and you have access card, you can park everywhere , dont blame us if we clamp your car” .. Do you think this is an answer after we stuck about 30min because of your stupid guard show us wrong lift.. 😡.. i ask him nicely because too tired that night.. so bad experiences here.. agent also cant help..when i called her asking help ,she also ask me to call my husband ..What the........ they think we know every unit there meh??? Also deposit too high.. pay for 2night.. and deposit rm300....
