We had a really pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable. The service was excellent and everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of.

The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, and once again, they made our stay feel extra special.
I had previously stayed here to celebrate my birthday, so when I was looking for a place to stay for my friend’s bride-to-be celebration, I was happy to return. This was my second stay, and the hotel did not disappoint.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary cake and a handmade card waiting for us in the room. The card was hand-drawn, which made it feel especially thoughtful and personal. The complimentary warm-baked cookies for each of us were also a lovely touch.
We also had the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities this time. The steam room and jacuzzi were lovely, and fortunately, we had them to ourselves, so it felt very private and relaxing. There were also plenty of shower facilities, which made it convenient to freshen up before heading back to the room.
The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. We also noticed that there is a pillow menu, although we didn’t get a chance to try it this time, perhaps next time!
Overall, it was another lovely stay, and I really appreciate how the thoughtful little touches from the staff made our celebrations feel special. I would happily return again.
