Special mention to the staff who were on night shift duty when i stayed there. An Indian gentleman and a Malay lady. Their customer service rendered from the very first touchpoint which was the check in counter itself, was extremely good. The staff were so friendly. They were very engaging and ensured that the guests felt welcomed. It was truly a pleasure talking to them.
The bed and pillows were very comfy, which was much needed after spending the entire out walking.
