- Room and bathroom were pleasant and clean and spacious enough
- Water pressure for shower was strong enough
- Staff were friendly
- Could not make use of the hotspring facilities because it's only available at 4pm to 10pm, and we were mostly away from the immediate area, shopping/eating at Aeon Tebrau or Toppen
- Due to being near the road, there are sounds from the road throughout, and you'll hear some motorcycle gunning its engine once in a while (so maybe not the best for a light sleeper)
- Location is acceptable for getting elsewhere by taxi but it's not near any malls or places of interest
