Staff is nice and helpful, need to pay tourist tax. RM10/day/room. You need to drive to Aeon Tebrau, or nearby places. Lift is slow but workable since it’s level 3 the highest. Family trip

The rooms were very clean and neat! It is affordable as well. Near to aeon tebrau and toppen mall.
A short walking distance away (2mins walk) has a very good cafe for breakfast and meals; called ‘belly good cafe’.
Parking is free from 6pm-8am and very easy to find parking lots.
Slight cons: We can hear the motorcycle rode past the hotel during the night but it doesn’t affect our sleep.
[Check in reception staff was friendly but check out reception staff (didn’t get her name) was not very understanding; though we understand that hotel might have its own policy. We just checked out less than a few seconds and realised our 2yo toddler just pooped and the lobby toilet does not have diaper changing place, so we seek for her help if we can use the room that we just checked out to change the diaper but she replied firmly with a look and kept repeatedly saying ‘you have checked out’, even when we explained to her. In the end we had to remove some stuff from our car and change our child diaper in our car boot instead]
Other than that disappointment, we really love this hotel a lot.
