Good Hotel option for a no frills short stay.

Location was good. Room generally clean except for the holder for the hair dryer was quite dusty. Bed was comfortable. Hotel location and surrounding area was quiet.

The Aircond needs to be repaired as it is extremely loud and was quite disturbing to a good rest. Lack of carpark in front of the hotel which is not the fault of the hotel but would be good to have some secured parking and not outside in the public area. Would have been willing to pay for a small fee if they allow us to park inside where the apartment owners park.

Everything nice

Location is good, near Toppen, Aeon Tebrau City and Ikea No private parking lot provide, but there is a public car park opposite the hotel Staffs are friendly, smooth process during check in and check out

If you want a stay that is close to Aeon and Terbrau that is economical and reasonably comfortable, this is the option 👍

the location is great.. stone throw to Aeon

the property is very age and poorly maintained.. cleanliness is poor, the toilet has constant foul smells and there was existing urine in the toilet bowl which was not even flushed by the previous tenant. how could that happen if the room is properly clean????

Bed - Japanese style and mattresses not comfortable. Stairs too high for old people weak legs problem Extra mattresses are left at water dispenser area.

The hotel decoration is very nice. The receptionist (with cute black cat) is very nice. The room I booked suitable for 1 night stay. Their bathroom is spacious. Love it!
