We had the room with the balcony and external bathroom everything was perfect and we had a lovely warm welcome and they gave us a bottle of water on arrival which during a heatwave was very much appreciated, having a fridge in our room was fantastic for drinks and an ice pack for my ankles. thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Pisa. We had a fantastic experience at Gialel! The guesthouse was exceptionally clean and well-maintained in every detail, which made our stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was lovely, and it is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.
What truly made our stay special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality left a wonderful impression on us. We wholeheartedly recommend Gialel to anyone looking for a high-quality and welcoming place to stay in Pisa!

Very nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Everything was easy and pleasant. I recommend it.
The only small things were that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea, and it could be a little noisy at times.

The location and cleanliness
There was no one there to let us in upon arrival. After travelling for a long time with a child we then had to wait almost an hour for someone to let us in. We had given an approximate time for arrival but when you are travelling you need some flexibility.
The check out is early- especially if you aren’t able to get in to your room until late.
The staff did not apologise for being late and were generally quite moody.
