Andy and Andrew were amazing hosts. The check in was easy and we were given amazing information and recommendations about Pisa and the area surrounding it. The rooms were tastefully decorated keeping in mind the historic value of the building. Not to mention the ceiling frescos inside our room. The bed was super comfortable, quiet and the room was air conditioned. A perfect location for walking to the train station, restaurants and sites. The breakfast was one of the biggest highlights. The best cappuccino I had in Italy. Fresh baked goods, eggs and yoghurt made fresh each morning. I would recommend staying more than 1 night, we stayed for 3 and were sad to leave. Thanks for having us. We will be back.

Ideal location in Pisa, close to restaurants, Leaning Tower, The old City walls and anything you'd want to see. All in a short walk. The owners were incredibly helpful, and could not have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable and made our stay better.

Central location, amazing restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.
Easy to walk to most places and browse a few shops along the way.
Andrew and Andy were great hosts, very informative and helpful with where to visit, eat etc
Breakfast was great, lots of choices with some amazing homemade apple pie!
You are in the centre so expect some noise and busy streets

Just an amazing B&b, both Andrea's are exceptional and could not have been more helpful.
The rooms are exquisite and the breakfast is perfect.
