Cannot fault our stay here at all. The room was very comfortable with everything we could need. The breakfast is delicious with a good choice and happy to accommodate a request from a fussy 13 year old! The hosts are just lovely people. From the minute you arrive you feel very welcome. Certainly will look to book here again if we are visiting the area.

Everything! Really great welcome and a beautiful room. Well located in Alford with very good parking. The fan was a very welcome bonus on a hot afternoon. Breakfast excellent!

Proximity to Cadwell park circuit and easy parking.
Below expected standard of cleanliness and the room needed all the windows opened as there was a stale odour throughout mostly due to the windowless en suite creating a damp smell in the relatively small room.
