Appartamento in centro, tenuto Molto bene, molto caloroso, vicino a tutti i servizi, proprietaria disponibilissima, perfetto per Siviglia. Dotato di tutti i comfort, ottima aria condizionata, Bellissima la disposizione del soggiorno e della camera da letto, funzionale il bagno.

Location was great. It is in the middle of the touristic area, walkable distance to most of the attractions. There are restaurants, markets and shops around the area, and they open late. The bed was huge, maybe king size. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for one person. The kitchen was well equipped with washing machine and other appliances.
we have to wait 20 min for the person to arrive and give us the keys. The apartment is in a commercial hall, and you have to open 3 doors, plus the street gate that is closed by 9 pm, it was difficult because we were with a one year old baby, stroller and luggage. The stairs and hall of the second floor smells of sewage, maybe from old pipes. The apartment was darker than the photos, especially the bedroom. The cleaning, overall, was fine, however the shower had hard water stains on the shower glass and dark stains on the floor and the glass doors.
