The location was fantastic 5min away from the famous “mushrooms” in Sevilla. Right in the city center.
The day before our depart from the apartment someone walked into the apartment without our knowledge or consent. The door was left open, and we remember we closed it. It was scandalous of the owner to say that the cleaners were supposed to clean 2 apartments on that street and entered “by accident” into our apartment. It looked as if someone was snooping around to see what they can steal. We were lucky that this day we didn’t visit much and could stay at the apartment after this situation. I am writing this to make sure to be careful when booking this apartment because the situation was very suspicious. And the owner was too quick with his excuses and responds about this. It sounded as if this thing was pre-planned and very natural.

Localização fantástica!! Foi possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Zona com muitas opções de refeições, compras...
Hospedagem muito confortável, climatizada. Fomos muito bem recebidos e recebemos informações sobre a cidade do anfitrião.
A cafeteira não estava muito boa, café frio.

L’emplacement, la literie
Le bruit, l’appartement est très insonorisé, on entend la tuyauterie dans la chambre dès que quelqu’un prend une douche ou tire la chasse d’eau
Dès que quelqu’un parle fort on entend ainsi que les bruits de pas
La douche est mal aérée et les plaques au sol ne sont pas jointes du coup on voit les canalisations en dessous :(
