Boa relação preço/ qualidade.

O espaço em si estava bem organizado. O tempo passado em casa foi muito pouco mas foi acolhedor.

A falta da janela na casa de banho. Não sei à quanto tempo não tem janela (apenas uma rede protectora) mas o facto de a escada de emergência estar mesmo ao lado, cria algum sentimento de insegurança.

Fabio is a value-added host & employee! Property location has its pros & cons.

1) I admired FABIO for his CAN-DO attitude and extra efforts during check-in! FABIO was extremely knowledgeable with lisbon areas, friendly & prompt during check-in, and helpful with tips for sightseeing and local restaurants to eat. His valuable tips saved me a lot of research time! FABIO is a VALUE-ADDED host & employee who is an excellent representative of his employer. FABIO is the FACE of the rental company. Such value-added employee, who is willing to perform beyond his duties to welcome clients, deserves a fast-track to higher pay & immediate pay raise and promotion opportunities! FABIO'S efforts more than made up for the deficiencies of the property. I'm happy that I've gotten a chance to meet FABIO. I've learned much more about Lisbon and Portugal through my limited interaction with FABIO! 2) Property is well-kept and organized. It's conveniently located within walking distance to bus, train, and metro stations. the airport is within a 35 minutes metro ride on the blue & red lines of jardim zoological station. alfama district is accessible within 2 metro stops (ferry crossing is several metro stops longer). sintra and cascais are accessible through the train station. 3) Other than the specific noises outlined below, the neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe. The locals are very friendly and more than helpful. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the local restaurants with tasty seafood dishes and friendly services. Fabio is clear and concise in his comunication during check-in. HE made sure we have his contact info should we need adfitional assistance during our stay.

1) the property is adjacent to the railroad/train tracks. noises from passing trains/metro cars subsided outside of their working hours. also, property is within the vicinity of airport, so expects to hear overhead airplanes approaching landing runways. since property does not have air conditioner, with windows open, noises from passing trains and airplanes will be much more noticeable. my mate cannot sleep with the her window opened. i had an interior bedroom, so the noise is lessen and the fan definitely helped with air circulation. 2) We usually left mid morning daily and returned late at night, the noise didn't bother us much. but for those who is looking to spend more time at the property, quiet time can be a challenge! For us, FABIO enthusiasm more than made up for the property's deficiencies. 2) Listing should have informed potential renters of possible noise issues from passing trains and planes on property listing. I had filtered all reviews for noises but no negative reviews shown up in the search result (very strange).

Its 2 bed rooms apartments. Both of rooms are very comfortable And kitchen have all cooking things. Washing machine is very good and Have place for dry clothes. Room have heater also.

Location is not good. Very silent place. Besides only have one small restaurant and small mini mart. Looking for taxi also u have to walk almost 5 -7 minutes far way. Toilet after take shower water fall outside the bathtub 🛁 and there is no way water can drain. Toilet always wet. There dnt have daily cleaning services. if you want to clean your room you have to inform first then they will arrange for clean the room.

It’s a well equipped 2 bedroom app, clean, with an easy parking outside. But the location is not very good

The host was super nice and friendly!

I think they’ve painted the walls recently, so the smell was not very good. Internet connection was poor. Unstable wifi. You would expect better for the price in 2022. It’s right under the take off trajectory of the airport. So it’s quite noisy. And the railway is literally behind the fence, which adds up noise as well

Ricardo was very prompt on messaging and communication was effective for us. Very good.

Upon checkout, we left 2 passports in a table drawer and Ricardo arranged for delivery to Cascais for us. Very helpful and kind of him. Good communication as well. Very good host.

Clothes washer was not working. Location was not as quiet as we had hoped for but we didn't know Lisbon before our stay. Train line is adjacent and noisy.

The worst experience ever cocerning rented apartment and also the owner.

We’ve booked and payed for an apartment with terrace which costed more than an apartment without it. The terrace was in such a messy condition - weedy, dirty and broken furniture - that we weren’t able to use it at all. Although we contacted the owner with our compliant while being there, we didn’t get neither help (cleaning, gardening, furniture replacement) neither reimbursement later on. Moreover the apartment itself much more smaller than advertised and it is actually in the basement with lack of natural light.

Nearby trains and airplanes were loud, especialy during the night.

Very good location, not far from the Sete Rios train station.

The washing machine wasn't working, had water in it. I couldn't book the ground floor apartment with a terrace instead of ending up on the third-floor apartment.

. The beds were awesome and the apartment very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Ricardo was most helpful especially as our flight was delayed so we checked in quite late.

The tv connection was poor. But it didn't effect us as we didn't need it.
