Good location for attending the National Water sports centre
Breakfast start is served too late (08:00).
We booked B&B but as we needed to be at the race site before 8am, we missed breakfast both days. For that weekend I suspect the vast majority of the customers were at the same event and few if any had breakfast (despite paying for it).
On the Saturday evening the restaurant was clearly overwhelmed by the volume of residents eating there. We waited almost 2 hours to receive our food - as did many other guests.

Well sized room and perfectly comfortable.
No complimentary water. No fridge and you have to request an iron if needed.
