Check in was smooth. Nicolas upgraded both of our rooms and provided a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we ended up taking breakfast the next morning, which was buffet style, but hot and tasty. The only thing that stopped us giving 5 stars is that we could hear the street below at times

Perfectly situated to get around the centre.
Double bed is small but comfortable.
The gym and spa area are what makes this hotel stand out.
Reception were friendly and efficient.
