Beds were comfortable
Checkin was smooth
Breakfast was a good selection, but of poor quality, both fried and scrambled eggs were like rubber and there was nobody behind the counter to change the eggs. Issue with the pancake machine took them 20 minutes to resolve. Not enough staff of fir the covers.
The bar service in the afternoon was slow, there had been people waiting for 20 minutes for a drink at the bar, I asked if there were other bar staff to assist and was told no.
