Location was great, good staff. Good breakfast. Room was nice and a generous size. Parking was also decent.
The elevator was out, so we had to use the staff service elevator which was bit odd.

Great location, fantastic staff who were friendly, professional and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.
When we arrived, we were informed that the lifts were out of order and a mechanical part was awaited, and this could take a few months. The staff had worked hard to make the service lift available for guests, which was appreciated. However, this lift was small and resulted in queues to use it, often with it stopping at lots of floors. The alternative was to use the stairs - not easy with luggage as we were on the fourth floor. I would imagine anyone with physical health issues would find this challenging. It’s worth checking if the lifts are fixed before booking as we weren’t informed before our stay.
