On walking in and heading to reception we were greeted very politely and check in was very quick, the room was very nice a bit dated but very clean, the bathroom was a shower over the bath, really good shower quite powerful, very clean, we used the pub that belongs to the hotel and it was what i call a proper pub a bit old fashioned, the staff were lovely in there too, i would definitely stay here again its in a very good location for the motorpoint arena its jyst over a 5 minute walk

Great location for the arena and lots of good eating and drinking establishments nearby
Our room had a small window which did not open .. room 6 .. that was my only negative as it felt a bit dark, other than that a great hotel and I would probably ask for a different room the next time

Room was comfy, clean and really easy check in and check out process. Everything explained well, couldn’t fault it
If we had to be really picky it was the smell of the body wash in the shower.

The furniture was very old, the room was too warm and quite close to bars so a little noise
