The room I booked was exactly the same as the picture provided. Room is pleasant, washroom was clean. Overall it was good except the sound proofing was a little thin. Could hear footsteps and water running from above.

The room and bedlinen were clean. I liked having a code to access the building and then the room, so we could turn up whenever convenient after a long drive. It’s convenient having an onsite carpark. The location was good for me visiting Nottingham University with my daughter.
The walls are very thin. I was woken up whenever the person in the next room flushed their toilet. The bathroom is basic e.g. the loo roll holder was broken and a towel was stuffed behind the toilet, presumably due to a leak.

The bed was fairly comfortable
The shower was no more than a trickle. The tv didn't work at times. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 night stay.
There was no teaspoon for the tea.
It seemed like the bare amount was done to the room, it was not welcoming.
