El aseo y la ubicación
Que se demoraron en abrirme la puerta y ya era tarde, tuve que estar esperando afuera a las 12 de la noche

I got tired of the Malecón, so this hotel was close, but not as safe.
Staff is really friendly.

Everything went smoothly, staff were really accommodating and helpful. We got a room facing in on to the courtyard - this means you don't get a view but it was much quieter and easy to sleep.
