Very enjoyable visit and will definitely go again

Rooms, clean & comfortable. Tasty Turkish breakfast each morning. Family very friendly & welcoming. Excellent location for touring Dipkarpaz.

Wish I’d had known to take my own towels for showering. Would have liked kettle & tea/coffee facilities in the room. But when I asked I was lent a kettle to use.

Great place for a couple of days to explore the Karpaz peninsula.

The family that runs the place are adorable. They make you feel that you are part of the family. always attentive to any needs you may have. I had an intolerance to cow’s milk (not ideal for a traditional Cypriot breakfast!) and they made sure to provide an alternative on the second night. The room is basic but very clean. Aircon worked perfectly. Don’t expect any luxury, but the place is super authentic (used to be a monk’s house built in 1912).

the pillows are a bit hard for my taste.

The proprietors are lovely people and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

Very pleasantly situated in the village of Rizokarpaso and very authentic. Village is very quiet with the only sounds at night being goats and sheep.

I liked everything about the property.

Far from home, we felt at home.

Revlaki Ev is a very charming place at the most northern village of the Karpaz peninsula. Further north you’ll find a rugged and remote area, surrounded by a dented coastline. The guesthouse is surrounded by small houses and agricultural land. You hear birds, cocks and the occasional bleeting sheep. The owners are so kind, serve lovely breakfasts and a nice dinner at some evenings.

The breakfast was amazing. As was the mixed grill which we had one evening (we asked if they would be able to cook us a meal and they kindly did so). The location is great for exploring the peninsula. Lovely room and fantastic hosts.

The bathroom is a little basic but absolutely fine and very clean

Authentic Guesthouse run by Lovely Local Family

This is a wonderful, family-run guesthouse consisting of four rooms laid out around a courtyard/garden. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and perfectly fit the character of the Karpaz peninsula. Breakfast, served in the courtyard, is an event in itself. Made with produce that the family make themselves, it's a culinary delight. And so large that you can comfortably skip lunch. The family who run the guesthouse are extremely friendly and speak good English. Their cats and dogs are even friendlier. You need a car to make this a practical option, but it's a great base to explore the Karpaz peninsula.

Memorable stay with a welcoming hospitality

Wonderful welcoming hospitality from the family, animals, the beautiful traditional building and green environment:) Homemade breakfast!

Only improvement if I may mention is the bathroom. The shower doesn’t have any curtains or enclosures, so the water spreads around.

Beautiful location with an ancient building and very hospitable owners! Dinner was perfect with the best and most tender lamb we ever had. Visit golden beach in 25 min driving distance, the best beach on Cyprus!

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing short stay. Charming family run establishment.

A very good healthy homemade breakfast with all fresh local produce. Everything you would wish for to start the day. This place is full of character retaining some beautiful original feature’s. The room was full of rustic charm. A great little base to stay in order to explore the wider Karpas area.

Our favourite stay in Cyprus

Lovely stay at Revakli again. The family looked after us for 7 days. As hosts you could not ask for better. Emine, her husband and 2 sons provide a relaxed bolthole from modern life in The Karpaz. The finest spread at breakfast we have ever had. Pancakes, omelettes, halloumi, feta, olives and home made jams to die for. We will be back.

Exceptional

I was there just for One night but it was enough to understand how lovely are the people who works there. It makes all the difference. The rooms are very confortable, the breakfast was delicious, its located in a very calm place with Park for the car to explore the beautiful views on that part of the island.

Stunning place with historic appearance, fresh meals and excellent hosts.

The hosts and their family were excellent and very friendly at all times. They provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The whole place is stunning concerning visual appearance and cleanliness. The rooms are fully equipped and pleasantly chilly in summer. We had breakfast and dinner at this place, both being absolutely wonderful. It was freshly made and they even complied with my wish to have vegetarian meals.

Our room had a fireplace next to one of the beds, and the bed clothes were a little smelly. There were many cats that were very annoying during breakfast and dinner times. This place is somewhat expensive for the Turkish part of Cyprus.

we had a fabulous stay here - we felt so welcome and loved the family dinners/ breakfasts and the exceptional hospitality. the village is very peaceful and a great place to explore the peninsula from. we would 100% recommend this guest house! Gorgeous courtyard to hang out in. very pet friendly.

Traditional guest house with friendly athmosphere

If you want to stay in a tradiotinal guest house with warm welcoming athmosphere, this is your place. Owners Emine and Ali with their sons are extremely hospitable and I had nice talks with them all in the evenings. The brakfast was served in a beautiful front yard. The evening when I arrived Emine baked local crispy bread which I had chance to taste as well. I had also tasty dinners in guest house for an extra fee. The bed was supercomfy and area quiet, but still close to the village center. When next time coming to Rizokarpaso I will definitely stay here again!

A home far away from home: Best guesthouse in Dipkarpaz!

The location: Situated in the village, very quiet surroundings and neighbourhood. Perfectly located to discover the Karpaz Peninsula. The guesthouse: A very good renovated house which still has the old character and gives you a warm, cosy and comfy feeling. It’s easy to spend here time and forget the hassle of everything. The room: The room is very spacey, Wifi is strong enough to have video calls as well. Typically decorated and very clean and tidy. The hosts: Emine and Ali are amazing hosts, you’re feeling home right after arrival. Mustafa and Tarek, their youngest sons are lovely and all together making this guesthouse as the No. 1 in Dipkarpaz. The food: Emine is cooking daily fresh, her breakfast and her dinner is exceptional and so delicious. I’ve never had a similar experience in Northern Cyprus so far. Outstanding! :-) I’ve extended my stay two times and I’ll be back for sure. :-)

An excellent base to visit the Karpaz peninsula

The kindness and helpfulness of the host family, thank you to Emine, Ali, Burak and Tarik the magician! The nice room in a renovated ‘’cloister type ‘’ building. The nice garden/patio where we were served delicious Turkish breakfasts and a wonderful dinner prepared by Emine. The location in Dipkarpaz, close to the peninsula park and beaches.

Everything was good. One improvement would be to add a reading light.

This is a place where the warmth and welcoming of the the family that runs the old papal Inn is something tnat you will remember for ever.. The dining ans breakfast is traditional and of very high quality. Don't miss the local magicians act, we are still in awe.

Lovely Authentic Farmhouse

The authentic facility allows you to peek into a village farmhouse. The room is made from stone and wooden beams. The lovely hosts. The incredible breakfast spread. Great location for exploring the Karpaz Peninsula if you have a car. There are restaurants and stores in walking distance and it is a 3 KM drive to the beach, one of the nicest ones in the area.. There is a fridge in the room which was great and tables inside and outside the room. The room and area were spotless.

There are two doors on opposite sides of the room, but no windows in the room, so if it is warm, you either need to keep the AC on or leave a door unlocked and open with the screen.
