The owner is very nice and available to answer our questions. It is clean and confortable, and very cute.
It is about 10 minutes walking from the center, restaurants. It was also easy to find parking in the surrounding streets.

The place is located in a very nice area. You can take long walks and also there is a very beautiful garden- as you can see in the pictures.
The host is kind and available- he changed our room with a bigger one due to some air conditioning situation that needed to be repaired.
This may be a personal situation- I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and noisy.

Manos is a wonderful host, who went out of his way to assist with recommendations for dining and attractions of Heraklion and to make our stay very comfortable and memorable. We had two rooms, one for a group of four adults and one for s group of three. The location is fantastic, very central, which enabled access to everything on foot. The residence is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard and garden are particularly lovely. The property and experience exceeded our expectations.
