The room was cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were both very satisfactory. The host was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed assistance, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location was another major advantage. Situated right in the heart of the city, the property was within easy walking distance of the entire Old Town and the harbour, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area on foot.
Another practical benefit was that the room was on the ground floor, allowing for easy access without having to carry luggage up any stairs. Overall, a cosy and conveniently located place to stay, with an excellent host and everything needed for a comfortable visit.
The main drawback was the size of the room. It was quite small, almost to the point where moving around comfortably became a challenge. There was not even a suitable space to place or open a suitcase, which made things rather inconvenient.
There was also a considerable amount of noise coming from construction work at neighbouring buildings, although this was probably temporary and beyond the property's control.
Another significant issue is parking. If you are travelling by car, finding a parking space in the surrounding area can be extremely difficult, if not practically impossible, especially when you need one at a specific time. In reality, renting a space in a private car park is almost a necessity rather than an option.
Fortunately, there is a paid car park immediately next to the property, offering daily parking, which is a convenient alternative. However, the additional parking expense should definitely be factored into the overall cost of the accommodation when comparing it with other options.
Overall, while the property has several advantages, the limited room space and parking difficulties are important considerations, particularly for guests travelling with luggage and a rental car.

Great location and clean
There were no additional blankets, sheets, or pillows. Consequently, I couldn’t use the sofa bed as a bed because there were no dedicated bedsheets, pillows, or blankets for the couch. I messaged the hosts, but did not get a response until the morning. Additionally, the bed size advertised on booking.com as queen was actually a full-size or double bed. Concierge was closed at 2pm when we arrived? So no one to talk to downstairs.
