The rooms are very well decorated, very clean and cosy. The staff are incredibly helpful. Location is excellent.
The smaller room out of the connecting room doesn’t have a window.
The stair steps going up to the lobby are very high so makes it quite difficult for people with limited mobility to walk up. You can enter from the lower spa level but the door is closed at 9pm so if you come back later, you have to climb up the big steps.

The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Mr Giap, Ms Chi, and Mr Viet provided excellent services and made me feel comfortable during my solo stay here.

Staff were polite and helpful with suggestions. The girls, Chi and Chiu, and the gentleman, William, were all very courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and loved the decor.
