A third time staying here. It is at the heart of Ha Noi neighborhood, close to the lake.

Fantastic location in old quarter, everything in walking distance or 10 minutes grab ride.
Superb staff, all so nice and helpful they upgraded me to much bigger room than what i have already booked
Small hotels, which is all the hotel in this area and a bit old.

Staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Special shout out to Kate who helped me with a number of bookings both in Hanoi and beyond. Location is central to everything.
Rooms not huge but it served its purpose as mostly out all day.

We liked the location and the staff
It’s a very simple, unwelcoming room. Dark, poor shower
