The friendliness of the staff. It is more like s family hotel.
The rooms are not particularly big. They are rather small.

Hot water shower. Room a decent size.
Breakfast service was chaos. Completely empty buffet that staff struggled to restock. Food was basic, waited 15 minutes for a coffee cup. Dinner was highly disappointing and not as described in the menu at all. Mattress old and sagging. Wouldn’t return to stay here.
