They had an adapter for me. They were polite. The restaurant food was good. Also, quick and efficient.
They said they upgraded me. And the upgrade included not being charged for the coffee in the room I understand about the stuff in the fridge etc, but not coffee. coffee in room should never be charged for.

Our room was very cold. We ended up having to get extra bedding.....an extra duvet!!
If you are offered a deal including breakfast take it. Airport breakfasts are very expensive and not half as good.
Getting to the hotel. In a door. Into a small elevator to 3rd floor. Round the corner and into reception.
