Lovely location in garden suburb with old 1920’s wooden houses. Easy 20 mins on train to airport and 7 mins to city centre. I had a swim and sauna every evening.
Breakfast is basic not worth the 13euros charge, bought my own food at big supermarket next to the station.
Current renovations on all 3 floors made the stairs difficult to negotiate, dusty and noise from extractor fans - make sure you get a room at the other end of corridor, as I did!

Helpful staff (with lots to do)
Easy to park, I used their court yard parking for 10 Euros. But street was also ok I noticed
The area was a bit special with nice wooden villas outside
Possibillty to take train downtown, and tram (after renovation I understand)
Grocery store right on other side of street
Very nice tv in room
I liked their breakfast they made scrambeld egg with real eggs and not powder and enough to choose from for me
Coffee and tea facilities in room
Simple pizza place outside in the square with tasty pizzas (if you opt out from their resturant)
Room did not have outlets at right places for your electronic stuff (desk ok)
Sterile room
Bed lamp, only one lamp but two beds
No internet in my room 206 ask for room close to a router
Noice from ventilation (turned of late night) and some traffic but slept well with ear plugs
